摘　　要：对１４例咽部乳头状瘤进行扫描及透射电镜观察。扫描电镜观察发现瘤体鳞状上皮表层细胞糜烂，细胞基本完整。细胞表面有嵴状隆起，嵴有水肿，嵴面散见矮小的微绒毛，看不出癌变征象。透射电镜观察发现在上皮细胞面和细胞质内有大量异常桥粒结构，这是否与病毒有关或为癌前病变，目前证据不足，尚待今后进一步探讨。ourteen cases of pharyngeal papillomas were studied with scanning and transmissional electron microscope. The results showed that the surface of tumor was covered with erosived squamous epithelial cells, theother cells were intact.The cristal processles of the cytoplasm were seen, which were edema,among themsome small microvillus were discrete The results of transmission electron micrmcope showed that, in thetumor cytoplasms and between tumor epithelial cells, numerous abnormal desmosomes were destect.It isuncertain whether this Phenomenons make some contact with virus cr precanncrt.It remains to be furtherstudy.
