摘　　要：本文通过对103例手术后病理证实为肺错构瘤病例的X线征象分析,讨论了肺错构瘤的X线征象与临床、病理的关系,诊断及鉴别诊断要点,以及各种K线检查方法在本病的诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用。The characteristics of X-ray findings and the main points of differential diagnosis of 103 cases of pulmonary hamartoma confirmed by pathology were discussed in relation to clinical - pathologic changes. The effects of chest film, laminagraphy and CT were also discussed.
