选择性动脉灌注化疗治疗晚期食管和胃贲门癌(附75例报告)

摘　　要：选择性动脉灌注化疗治疗晚期食管和胃贲门癌75例报告,其中食管癌34例,治疗56次,插管成功率(85.7％),有效率(88.2％)。胃贲门癌41例,治疗86例,插管成功率(100％),有效率(92.7％)。本文着重讨论插管技术,药物选择和疗效评价,强调本法简便,疗效确切,可明显提高生存质量,延长寿命,值得推广应用。This article reports 75 patients with advanced esophageal and cardiac carcinoma who were treated with chemotherapy of selective arterial infusion, including 34 cases of esophageal carcinoma with 56 times of treatment. 85. 7% of successful rate of catheterization, and 88. 2% of effective rate of treatment, 41 cases of cardiac caricinoma with 86 times of treatment, 100% of successful rate of catheterization, and 92. 7% of effective rate of treatment. The technigue of catheterization, selection of medicine and effect of treatment were discussed. The author considered that this technigue was simple and had definitive effect, it could increase the survival guality of patient and prolonge the patient's life.
