摘　　要：In Ref. [1], Freitag raised a conjecture that for the sequence {A_n} defined byA_n+2=A_n+1^1/2+A_n^1/2for all n≥1, lim_n→∞A_n=4 regardless of the choice of A₁, A₂】0.In this note we give a positive answer to this conjecture by the following more general the-orem.
