摘　　要：本文分析了25例颅咽管瘤患儿的临床特征.其主要表现为垂体、下丘脑、能障碍及头疼、视力下降.对易造成误诊的原因进行了分析和探讨.This paper reported 25 cases of craniopharyngioma. The rate of misdiagnosis of first visit was as high as 75. 8%. Visual disturbances, headache, and en-docrinopathy were thepresenting symptoms of these tumors. Overlooking the dysfunction of hypothala-mus pituitarysystem,the misunderstanding of head-che and diminution of vision were the main causes of misdiagnosis. The meaures to overcome themis-takes were surgusted as well.
