摘　　要：Pulmonary vascular permeability change is a very important pathophysiologicalabnormality and a basis of pulmonary edema in acute diseases of lung and heart.Therefore, the measurement of pulmonary vascular permeability is a major approachto the assessment of lung injury. The change of pulmonary vascular permeability isusually estimated by determination of lung water (e.g. wet-to-dry lung weight ratio)
