小于胎龄儿(SGA)脐血清脂肪酸成份与母亲产时血清相应成份的分析

摘  要:通过对小于胎龄儿(SGA)和适于胎龄儿(AGA)脐血清和母亲分娩时血清总脂肪酸(TFA)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)成份的测定,探讨两者间关系以及SGA脂肪酸的特点。两组母亲分娩时血清TFA和FFA浓度显著高于其婴儿。但在百分含量上,两组新生儿C20:4ω6、C22:6ω3和C16:1ω7、C18:0显著增高,前二者增高表明SGA与AGA儿均俱备转化、保留这两种EFA的能力,后二者增高表明SGA儿与AGA儿同样能在宫内自身合成脂肪酸。Using GC, the serum total and free fatty acid (TFA, FFA) composition of cord blood intwenty-seven small for gestational age (SGA) and fifty-seven appropriate for gestational age(AGA) infants, and of in their mothers during delivery were determined.Almost there are no significant differences of concentrations and composition of serumTFA and FFA between mothers of SGA and of AGA infants,indicating the similarity of fattyacid metabolism during delivery in the both groups, and that the mothers of SGA infants canmeet the fetal requirement for essential fatty acids (EFAs).Comparing with the mothers, the both infant groups have obviously lower serum TFAand FFA concentrations. But at the percentage, both neonatal groups have obviously highC20: 4ω6, C22: 6ω3, C16: 1ω7, and C18: 0, demonstrating that SGA infants also possessthe ability of transformation, retention of EFAs, and of synthesis for fatty acid by themselves in uterus. Both values of the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids to saturated fattyacids (P/S) and the ratio oi linoleic to arachdonic (C18: 2ω6/C20: 4ω6) are lower in bothneonatal groups, the former showing that the two groups babies are short of EFA relative totheir mothers. The latter suggesting that the rate of transforming C18: 2ω6 to C20: 4ω6 ishigher than that of mothers, and the active metabolism of such EFAs in the fetuses. Thesame distribution in serum fatty acid composition between SGA infants-mothers and AGA infants-mothers may denote that the SGA infants can obtain several maternal fatty acidsthrough placents, and that the abnormality of placenta does not affect the transport of fattyacids.
