摘 要:目的 探讨数字减影 (DSA)三维重建 ( 3D)在前交通动脉瘤诊断和血管内治疗中的应用价值。方法 对 2 0例前交通动脉瘤进行二维血管造影 ( 2D) ,对 2 2例前交通动脉瘤进行 3D分析 ,对比两组的影像结果、对比剂用量和X线照射剂量。结果 3D组可以更加简便、清晰地显示动脉瘤颈及动脉瘤与邻近动脉的关系。 3D组对比剂用量和X线照射剂量比 2D组明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Objective To analyze the effect of DSA three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of intracranial anterior communicating arterial (ACoA) aneurysms. Methods Two groups of patients with ACoA aneurysms, consisted of 20 and 22 cases, underwent two-dimensional angiography (2D) and three-dimensional reconstruction (3D), respectively. The angiographic findings, the dosages of contrast medium and the time of X-ray fluoroscopy were analyzed and compared. Results 3D DSA images showed clearly the necks of aneurysms and the local anatomy of aneurysms with neighboring arteries. Compared with 2D group,3D group had a significant lower dosages of contrast medium and shorter time of X-ray fluoroscopy ( P <0.05). Conclusion 3D DSA has great importance in the diagnosis of ACoA aneurysms.
