改良Parks术10例报告

摘　　要：报告参照Ｐａｒｋｓ法对８例直肠癌和２例家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者作了结肠肛管吻合术（ＣＡＡ），无手术死亡及盆腔脓肿、吻合口瘘、吻合口坏死回缩等并发症。７例排便控制功能优或良。作者认为本术式简便、肛门功能好，并发症少，且避免了二期手术，是不能作盆内吻合的低位直肠切除的一种可取术式。0 cases undertook modified parks operation were reported in this paper.This serieswere no motality,pelvic absess and apastomomitic leakage,and 7 cases with first class ofgood defecating founction.While,3 cases with anastomatic stenosis were found in thisgroun.Authors suggested that the approch can be operated easely with good defecatingfounction and the low rate of complications post-operatively if we well prepared the colon,and it has sufficent blood supply,the anastomosis was kept no tension, and we pay more at-tention to care the patients post-operatively.Futhermore,the secondary resection of theunmesessary colon and closing the fistula were avoided.so, it is a considerable approch forthe patients after the rectum is resected and it can not be anastomosed in the delvic cavity.
