乳杆菌制剂对非特异性阴道炎的治疗及其机制的研究

摘　　要：本文对３２例非特异性阴道炎患者以乳杆菌进行治疗，比较用药前后阴道分泌物ｐＨ及阴道常见的乳杆菌、葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌的定量变化，同时观察其临床治疗效果。结果表明：治疗后阴道分泌物ｐＨ明显降低，乳杆菌数量明显增多，葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌数量明显减少。治疗后阴道炎的症状、体征明显好转。his paper studied the pH change of the secre tions in the vagina and the quantitative change of 4 common microbes of vaginal flora for 32 cases ith nonspecific vaginitis treated by lactobacillus preparation,and at the same time,the clinical effect was observed.The results sho-wed that the pH of vaginal secretions decreased obviously. The number of Lactobacillus increased apparently; Stephylococcus,Eenterobacter,Yeast decreased obviously after treatment, and the symptom sign became better.So Lactobacillus preparation may be a good drug in treating and preventing vaginitis.
