摘　　要：本文对临床较易误诊的隐匿性巩膜裂伤共21例进行了分析,并结合本病的主要表现讨论了易误诊原因及诊断要点,提出如何根据伤眼结膜异常、前房深度改变及眼压等因素进行综合分析,同时对本病的治疗进行了探讨。The clinical features of 21 cases with con-cealed scleral ruptured injury, which could beeasily mistaken in diagnosis, were analysed inthis study. The common causes ofmissdiagnosis were discussed. This paper alsoproposed the main diagnostic points for con-cealed sleral ruptured injuries referring to the disorders of conjunctiva, alterations of depthof anterior chamber and changes ofintraocular pressure.
