大鼠黑质Ⅰ型神经元对电刺激坐骨神经和束旁核的反应

摘  要:用玻璃微电极细胞外标记录大鼠黑质(SN)Ⅰ型神经元的单位放电,观察它对剌激坐骨神经和東旁核(Pf)的反应。记录了75个神经元的反应。(1)剌激坐骨神经时,68个神经元(90,7%)顺行抑制,其中37个神经元呈抑制—兴奋交替的振荡反应;(2)刺激Pf,59个神经元(78.7%)产生顺行抑制,4个(5,3%)顺行兴奋。实验结果提示,坐骨神经与SNI型神经元之间、Pf与5NⅠ型神经元之间存在着神经纤维的联系。The experiments were performed on 15 rats anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital. Unit discharges of SN neurons were recorded extracellularly with glass microelectrode. The effects of electrical stimulation of sciatic nerve and parafascieular nucleus(pf) on spontaneous discharges of 75 SN type Ⅰ neurons were observed. (1)The orthodromic inhibitory response to sciatic nerve stimulation occurred in 68 type Ⅰ neurons of SN (90.7%). In these neurons, 37 displaied typical oscillation (inhibition and excitation alternatively appeared). (2) 59 of 75 type Ⅰ neurons(78.7%) showed orthodromic inhibitory responses and 4 neurons were orbhodromically excitated. The results showed that the fiber connection existed between not only sciatic nerve-SN and also SN-Pf.
