摘　　要：通过对13例误诊为脑肿瘤而行手术,并经病理证实为脑梗塞病人的临床资料的分析,提出了肿瘤样脑梗塞的概念,从发病年龄、病程、起痛方式,症状演变过程及CT表现等方面进行了总结,结合临床特点对其鉴别诊断及误诊原因进行了讨论,并提出了分期分型的治疗原则。13 patients with cerebral infarction were misdiagnosed as brain tumor, which were confirmed by pathological examination. The author analysed clinical data of those patients including their ages, forms of the onset and CT changes. The causes of misdiagnosis were discussed. The characteristic of distinguished diagnosis were put forward. After operations those patient were thought as tumourlike cerebral infrction at last.
