摘 要:采用分光光度法测定黄嘌呤氧化酶及过氧化氢酶的活性,分析酶活性与麻风病人体内自由基代谢紊乱的关系。结果显示麻风病人(活动期和愈复期)与正常人比较,黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的差异无显著意义(P>0.05),说明病人体内自由基代谢紊乱与黄嘌呤氧化酶无关;然而愈复期病人(其麻风菌已被抗麻风药物杀灭)过氧化氢酶增加,甚至超越正常水平(P<0.05)。The activities of xanthine oxidase (XO) and catalase (CAT) were meassured with spectrophotometer, and the relations between their activities and the metabolic disorder of in vivo free radicals in the patients with leprosy. The results showed that, by comparison, the activity of (XO) in the patients (active and cured, n = 75) didn' t differ significantly from that in healthy subjects (P>0.05) , and'thus it was suggested that the metabolic disorder of in vivo free radicals in the patients b? not in connection with XO. However, when the M. leprae in the cured patients were killed with anti-leprosy drug, an activity increase of CAT followed up and even its activity was over that of CAT in the healthy controls (P<0.05).
