麻风病人外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞化学发光“功能”的研究

摘　　要：本文采用鲁米诺依赖性化学发光法,对麻风病人外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞受酵母多糖和Con.A刺激后的化学发光功能作了测定。结果表明,LL、BL活动期病人的中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞的发光功能均较弱(P<0.05);TT、BT活动期病人的中性粒细胞发光功能稍差,但淋巴细胞发光功能亢进(P<0.01);各类型愈复期的麻风病人的两种细胞发光功能与正常人相近似。说明各种类型麻风活动期病人的吞噬细胞功能低下,是麻风发病的主要因素。The luminescence phenomenon is an indicator reflecting an active state of human leukocytes stimulated. The chemiluminescence functions of neutrophil (PMN) and lymphocyte (LC) in the peripheral blood of the leprosy patients were measured with the luminol-dependent chemiluminenescence, after the stimulation of OZ and Con.A. The results show that the chemiluminescence function of PMN and LC in the active patients of LL and BL is the weakest (P<0.05) and that of PMN in the active patients of TT and BT weaker, however, the hyperfunction of chemilunescence of the LC will appear in the active patients of TT and BT (P<0.01), as compared with that in normal sub-ects. The chemiluminescencp functions of both PMN and LC in the cured patients with various types of leprosy are similar to those of subjects (P>0.05). It is proved that the hypofunction of phagocyte in the active patients with various types of leprosy is one of important pathogenic factors.
