混合性中风CT表现及诊断

摘　　要：本文通过23例混合性中风CT分析,发现本病多发于高龄及有多年高血压病史者,临床表现可不典型,CT检查是诊断本病的首选方法。在一次检查中,同时并存新近形成的脑出血和脑梗塞病灶;或在短期复查中,在不同的部位相继出现新近形成的两种病灶,即可做出混合性中风的诊断。根据CT表现,可分为1.出血梗塞并存2.出血继发梗塞3.梗塞继发出血三型。梗塞继发出血死亡率高,应予重视。Analysis of 23 cases of mixed stroke, found that this disease always occured in older age, especially in the patients with hypertension. In most patients, the clinical findings were not typical. CT scan was first choise method for diagnoses of this disease. According to its CT features, the disease could be classified into three types. The third type (infarction followed by hemorrhage) has a higher mortality.
