慢泻灵保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：慢性结肠炎系一常见病症,以病程缠绵、反复发作、治疗棘手为特征。病因复杂,包括了一组特异与非特异性的结肠炎症,鉴别诊断十分困难,治疗亦常缺乏针对性.作者根据临床经验研制了一种有广谱效用的"慢泻灵"中成药,并以之保留灌肠治疗了60例慢性结肠炎临床综合症。有效率95%,治愈率70%,且无付作用.经研究证明有良好的治疗腹痛腹泻、退热的作用与相应的内镜下及病理的改善。经过多批药物的研制与临床应用,证明疗效、工艺、药量稳定,且价廉易得,故有较大的实用与推广价值。Chronic colitis is a kind of common disease,which characterizes as long courses,recurrent and hard to cure.Their pathogenesis are complicated,it includes special and non-special colitis.The dif- ferentiation is also very difficult.The writter has made a new kind of wide record of Chinese medic- inal herbs'Man Xie Ling'.60 cases of colitis syndrome were treaed by it in reserve elyster.Effec- tive rate is 95%,curing rate 70% and no side effect.It's verified that 'Man Xie Ling' has better effect in treating stomach-ache,diarrhea,fever and improvement of endoscopic picture and pathol- ogy.Passing through the manufacture of many wholesale drugs and applying to clinical practice,it is verified that effect,technique and quality are stable.It's valuable for medical prctice and is wide spreading.
