香砂枳术丸对消化系统的药理作用

摘　　要：香砂枳术丸对小鼠不同的胃肠机能状态呈现不同的作用;对正常小鼠胃肠运动无明显影响;对新斯的明引起的胃肠运动亢进有抑制作用;对阿托品所致胃肠运动抑制有改善作用。该方尚能显著增加大鼠胆汁、胰液分泌,但对胃液分泌呈显著抑制作用,与甲氰咪胍有协同作用;能显著增强胰脂酯活性,但显著抑制胃蛋白酯活性。The effects of decoction of Xiangsha zhizhu Pill (XSZZP) were studied on the dig estive system in rats and mice. The results obtained were as follow: ( 1 ) Although XSZZP had no significant effect on the gastrointestinal motility of normal mice (crude drug 2~10g/kg body weight.PO) , but it can antagonized the hyperperistalisis induced by neostigmine (P<0.01) .After XSZZP administration, the hypoperistalisis induced by atropine was also improved,but the statistic difference was not significant(P<0.1). (2) After administration through the duodenal cannula inserted, the decoction of XSZZP(10 g/kg body weight)cause a significant increase in biliary and pancreatic juice within 30~ 90min (p<0.001-0.05 respestively). At the same time, the secretion of gastric juice were also inhibited, and the latter showed a synergetic effect with cimetidine (P< 0.001). ( 3 ) In the vitro test, the activity of pancreatic lipase and pepsin were signif-icanrly enhanced and inhibited by XSZZP respectirely (P<0.001).The above results are consistent with the classical function of XSZZP, strengthening the Pi, regulating the Qi in traditional chinese medicine.
