脑血栓形成病人红细胞免疫功能的检测

摘　　要：本文检测了21例脑血栓形成病人的红细胞C_3b受体花环形成率、红细胞IC花环形成率、红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子及增强因子的活性。各指标均与正常人进行了比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),从而证明脑血栓形成病人的红细胞免疫功能紊乱。The immune function of red blood cell(RBC)in patients with cerebralthrombosis was investigated.The results showed that the decrement of formation of RBC C3b-Receptor Rosette and Activity of RBC Immune Adherence ( RCIA ),Enhancing Factor as well as increment of Formation of Immune Complex Rosette and Activity of RCIA Inhibiting Factor in patients with cerebral thrombosis were significant when being compared with those of control group.This study indicated that the immune function of RBC may be involved in the cerebral thombosis.
