四组药物治疗宫内节育器所致子宫出血效果比较

摘　　要：应用四组药物共治疗312例宫内置环出血患者。结果:服用止血药组有效率为85％;宫腔注入庆大霉素、地塞米松及生理盐水溶液组为88.5％,宫腔注入青霉素、地塞米松及生理盐水溶液组为91.80％;口服前列腺素抑制剂组为91.80％。复发率分别为72％、79.20％、68.89％和32.14％。提示前列腺素抑制剂治疗宫内置环出血疗效较好。Three hundred and twelve cases of endometrorrhagia caused by IUD had been treated with four groups of drugs.The results showed that. The effec-tive rate of the group taken hemostats was 85%, the group injected gentam-icin, dexamethasone and physiological saline into uterine cavity was 88.59%, injected penicillin, dexamethasone and physiological saline solution was 91.80% and the group taken prostaglaglandin inhibitor orally was 91.80%, The recurernce rates of the groups of patients were 72%, 79.2%, 68.8% and 32.14%respectively.It suggested that prostaglandin inhibitor had abetter therapeutic effectiveness for treating the hemorrhage caused by IUD.
