摘 要:采用人工唾液为浸提液,模拟口腔环境,在动态条件下将低铜和高铜银汞合金溶出,测定其细胞毒性和细胞回复能力。结果低铜银汞合金的细胞毒性为1级,作用后细胞的回复能力为89.39%;高铜银汞合金的细胞毒性为2级,作用后细胞的回复能力为60.89%。证实高铜银汞合金的细胞毒性比低铜银汞合金为大,而作用后细胞的回复能力较低铜银汞合金为小(P<0.05)。並对实验方法的应用价值进行了评价。In this experiment, the cytotoxicity and cell recovery of lower cupric amalgam and higher cupric amalgam dissolved in artificial saliva under dynamic conditions were studied. The results showed as follows: Lower cupric amalgam: cytotosicity score is 1,cell recovery is 89.39%. Higher cupric amalgam: cytotoxicity score is 2, cell recovery is 60.89%. It is clear that the cytotoxicity of higher cupric amalgam is higher than the of lower cupric amalgam. the cell recovery of higher cupric amalgam is lower than later. In this study, the extraction solution is artificial saliva. Samples dissolved under dynamic conditions that can simulate oral environment. The cell recovery test can evaluate the cytotoxicity of materials better.
