摘  要:采用非金属型盒由微波加热和传统湿热法加热聚合树脂研究其对基托的适应性。上颌标准无牙颌树脂基托,分别在开盒后即置室温中7天及再在温水中浸泡17天作测定。微波加热制成的树脂基托适应性较湿热法者优越2~3倍。微波加热为短时间温度急骤上升的加热,约50秒钟后石膏和树脂即可同时达到70℃,因此型盒内石膏和树脂的温差小,其适应性良好。而湿热法加热型盒中心部温度到达水温相同温度的时间差约20分钟,聚合过程长,且温度坡度明显,其适应性差。A study of the adaptability of resin base denture polymerized by microwave heating with non-metal flask and by conventional water bath was performed.Upper resin complete denture bases are determined immediately after opening the flask,or after 7 days' exposure in room temperature, or after 17 days' submersion in room-temperature water following the exposure respectively. The results show that the adaptability of resin base dentures polymerized by microwave heating is superior to that of the dentures polymerized by water bath by a factor of 2-3.Microwave heating is rapid heating, raising the temperature in a very short time. Resin and plaster will simultaneously reach 70℃ in about 50 seconds after microwave irradiation. So the temperature difference between resin and plaster in the flask is minimal, which leads to better adaptability. While it takes about 20 minutes for the temperature in the centre of the flask to reach water temperature in the case of water bath. The temperature gradient is evident and the curing time is long, thus resulting in poor adaptability.
