摘 要:采用放射免疫分析(双抗体法),对300例正常小儿血色素在100g/L以上血清铁蛋白进行检测.结果表明各年龄均值为:新生儿120.34ng/ml,6个月~3岁49.46ng/ml,4岁~7岁78.89ng/ml.8岁~14岁73.20ng/ml.300例正常小儿SFX±S为92±79.09ng/ml.发现缺铁情况以6个月~3岁组最多.认为应注意对婴幼儿缺铁的防治.Serum ferritin(SF) was determined by double antibody radioimmune method in 300 normal young children whose hematochrome was over 100g/L. Results showed that the average value in different age groups was as follows: 120.34ng/ml in neonate, 49.46ng/ml in 6 month~3 year old group 78.89ng/ ml in the age group from 4 to 7 yaers old and 73.20ng/ ml in 8~14 age group. SF5x±s in 300 normal young children was 92±79.09ng/ml. iron-deficiency was mostly found in the age group between 6 months and 3 years old. It is thought that attention must be paid to the prevention and treatment of iron-deficiency in infants and young children.
