海尔福一号对实验性汞、氟中毒家兔排毒保肾作用的观察

摘　　要：用中药研制的海尔福一号对实验性汞、氟中毒的家兔进行排毒试验,结果表明:汞中毒组血汞含量为0.34μmol/L(X),汞中毒加海尔福一号组血汞为0.16μmol/L(P<0.01);氟中毒组血氟为2.00mmol/L,氟中毒加海尔福组为1.43mmol/L血氟明显降低(P<0.05).同时,海尔福有明显升高Hb和降低汞中毒家兔的血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白等功用,保护肾功能,对人体健康有益无害。Department of Bio chemistry and Department of Public Health, Youjiang Medical College for National Minorities, Bose, Guangxi, China Expellent test was carried out in experimental rabbits with mercurialism and fluorine poisoning using Haierju developed from some Chinese drugs. The results showed that the blood mercury content was 0.34μmol/L (X) in mercury-poisoned group, but 0.16μmol/L (P< 0.01) in mercury-poisoned group treated with Haier fu; blood fluorine content was 2.00mmol/L in fluorine-poisoned group but 1.43mmol/L in fluorine-poisoned group treadted Haier fu. The blood fluorine was remarkablly reduced (P<0.05). Also, Haier fu had the effects on raising llb and reducing urea nitrogen, creatinine and urinary protein in blood serum, protected the renal function and was beneficial to health.
