纤维内镜诊断食管贲门疾病(附204例分析)

摘　　要：用纤维内镜诊断食管贲门疾病204例,其中食管贲门炎占首位(88.24％)。食管贲门癌次之(8.82％).常与胃十二指肠疾病伴随.文中讨论了食管贲门炎的内镜诊断标准,检查时的注意点;认为除了观察胃、十二指肠外,常规地对食管贲门作仔细的观察是提高食管贵门疾病诊断的关键.Department of Medicine, Affiliated Hospital, Youjiang Medical College for National Minorities, Bose, Guangxi, China 204 cases of csophagocardial diseases were diagnosed with gastrofibcrscopc. It is found that these diseases are accompanied with gastroduodenal diseases, among which esophagocardial inflammation was the first(88.24%), then the esophagocardial cancer(8.82%). The diagnostic criteria and points for attention were discussed. It is thought that in addition to the observation on stomach and duodenum, careful routine observation on esophagocardia is the key to the diagnosis of esophagocardial diseases.
