摘　　要：观察143例内科住院的脑血管意外患者心电图变化,发现其心电图异常达65％.资料显示脑血管意外心电图异常与血钾、血脂无关(P>0.05);伴有高血压和意识障碍者其心电图异常发生率高,有统计学意义;合并有心电图异常者预后不良(P<0.05).提示脑血管意外病人应常规作心电图检查,在积极抢救的同时及时治疗心功能障碍,对病人的全面康复有一定的临床意义.ECG changes were analyzed in 143 cases of cerebrovascular accident who were hospitalized in medical wards. It was found that electrocardiographic abnormality was 65%. The data revealed that the abnormality was not related to serum potassium and blood-lipid (P>0.05); the incidence rate of ECG abnormality was high in patients complicated by hypertension and dysbulia; unfavourable prognosis was found in patients with ECG abnormality (P<0.05). It is shown that routine ECG examination be made in patients with cerebrovascular accident. Prompt treatment should be given to cardiac insufficiency while saving the patients.
