百色地区249例壮族男性胎儿睾丸位置的观察和分析

摘　　要：对249例12～38周的壮族男性胎儿睾丸进行观察,发现其位置随胎龄的增长而逐渐下降.其中两侧同步下降的为240例,占96.39％;两侧未同步下降的为9例,占3.61％.同时还发现无论是同步或不同步下降者,均表现为右侧略高于左侧.按睾丸抵达管口、入管及入阴囊的最早时间,本组结果均略早于国内外同类资料的报道.Testes in Zhuang fetuses aged from 12 to 38 weeks were observed. It was found that the position descended gradually as the gestational age increased. Bilateral synchronous descendent occurred in 240 cases(96.39%); bilateral asynchronous descent occurred in 9 cases(3.61%), the right side was somewhat higher than the left one either in the synchronous or in the asychronous. The earliest time at which the testes reached and entered the canal and entered the scrotum was a little earlier in this observation than in other reports in the same field at home and abroad.
