成年男性大脑皮质体积和表面积的体视学研究

摘　　要：本文运用新体视学方法定量研究了成年男性大脑皮质的体积和表面积。结果是:左、右半球大脑皮质体积(cm^3);皮质总表面积(cm^2);皮质平均厚度(mm);半球形状因子分别为:322.5±16.3,313.9±22.7;1084.3±92.3,955.8±62.3; 3.1±0.1,3.6±0.2;66.2±2.5,56.4±2.4。结果分析表明:男性左、右半球皮质表面积及形状因子有显著性差异。The new stereological methods were applied to study the cortical volumes and cortical surface areas of 7 adult male cerebra.The cortical volumes(cm^3),total cortical surface areas(cm^2),average cortical thickness(mm),shape factor, of left and right hemisphere,were respectively as follows:322.5±16.3,313.9±22.7;10844.3±92.3,955.8± 62.3;3.1±0.1,3.6±0.2;66.2±2/5,56.4±2.4.The results showed that significant differenecs between the cor- tical surface area and shape factor of the left hemisphere and those of the right hemisphere in the male cerebrum were found.
