回结肠动脉的应用解剖

摘　　要：为了给外科回盲部手术提供解剖学资料,在50具成人尸体(男33,女17)上观测了回结肠动脉主干长度及分支行程和吻合情况,以及起端外径等。结合回盲部手术,讨论了手术中结扎回结肠动脉的平面,寻找血管的标志等问题。In order to supply anatomic information for a surgical operation in ileocaeca,the author observed and measured the length of the ileocolio artery and the routes,the diameters,be anastomosis of its branches in 50 adult cadavers(33 males,17 females).Discussed were the position to ligate ileocolie artery and the mark to seek for this artery.
