葱属植物挥发油研究Ⅱ.对称链状硫醚类化合物的合成

摘　　要：为了研究葱属(Alljum)植物挥发油中硫醚类化合物抗凝血的构效关系,本文设计并合成了十个对称链状硫醚化合物,其中两个未见文献报道。通过理化常数及光谱分析确定了产物的结构。初步的家兔体外抗血小板聚集潘性测试表明:苯基二硫醚、肉桂基三硫醚等有较强的抗血小板聚集活性,提示分子中引入苯环或延长共轭链有助于抗血小板聚集活性的提高。In order to study the inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and structure-activity relationship of the sulfide compounds of the volatile oil in allium, a series of symmetrical chain sulfide compounds, including one monosulfide, two disulfides and seven trisulfides, was designed and synthesized. Among them,di-O-methoxyibenzyl trisulfide and dicinnamyl trisulfide were synthesized for the first time. Their structures were determined by physical properties and spectroscopic analysis.The preliminary pharmacological screening test showed that diphenyl disulfides and dicinnamyl trisulfide had remarkable inhibitory effect on rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP. This suggested that the anti-aggregating activity would be improved if the benzene ring was intruduced or the conjugating chain was extended.
