摘　　要：本文报告了我院1956～1990年经手术和病理证实的44例十二指肠恶性肿瘤的临床资料。总结了肿瘤的部位分布和病理类型,分析了内镜和X线表现,探讨了漏诊、误诊原因,提出了避免误诊的措施。From 1956～1990, we have found 44 cases of primary duodenal malignant lesions clinically and pathologically. Location and pathological type were investigated, appearance under endoscopy and X-ray were reviewed. The reason of misdiagnosis was analysied and then the methods to avoid the misdiagnosis were mentioned.
