宫颈湿疣的超微形态研究

摘　　要：取宫颈细胞涂片中见到挖空细胞的3例宫颈活体组织,经电子显微镜观察,3例均在鳞状上皮的中层和表层看到挖空细胞,其细胞核周围有缺乏细胞器的透明带。其中1例看到HPV颗粒。HPV颗粒为圆形或类圆形,直径约40～50nm,呈结晶样排列。Three biopsies of uterine cervix which were diagnosed clinically as flat condyloma and histologically proved to be koilocytotic atypia were ultrastructurally studied. On all three cases, the koilocytotic cells with sparse organella were observed in some of the intermediate and superficial epithelial layers. In one case, HPV particles were found. HPV particles were about 40 to 50nm in diameter, round in shape and in crystalline arrangement.
