摘　　要：本文报告1984年11月～1990年6月经手术治愈的25例肺大疱症。文中详细讨论了诊断与鉴别诊断、手术原则及麻醉注意事项、手术时机与适应症的选择,介绍了合并有张力性气胸、血胸、低肺功能和双侧肺大疱等复杂情况的处理经验。From Nov.1984 to Jun.1990,a series of 25 patients with bullous emphysema were cured by surgical management.There were 14 cases accompanied by spontaneous pneumothorax, 1 case with spontaneous pneumohemothorax.All cases were followed up for 4 months to 6 years without recurrence.Diagnosis and differentiation,principle and indication of the operation,and some points about anesthesia were discussed.Treatment of the cases with complications,such as spomtaneous pneumothorax,pneumohemothorax,low lung function and pulmonary bullae of both sides was recommended.
