摘 要:研究发现活动期麻风病人体内SOD含量比正常人高,并且与麻风病发病有关。本研究采用亚硝酸法测定各型麻风病人(LL、BL、TT、BT,n=73)及健康人(n=15)血浆中SOD总量、Cu、Zn—SOD和Mn—SOD含量;发现各型麻风病人血浆SOD总量和Mn—SOD含量均比正常人高(P<0.01),Cu、Zn—SOD含量与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.5)。结果提示麻风病人血浆中SOD总量升高受Mn—SOD的影响,后者存在于细菌体内。从而证实麻风病人体内SOD主要来源于麻风分枝杆菌本身。It was found in the previous study that the content of SOD in vivo of the lepers in active stage was higher than that of the normal subjects ,and it is related to the pathogenesis.In this study the contents of total SOD ,Mn SOD and Cu, Zn SOD in the plasma from lepers (LL, BL, TT. BT,n = 73)and the normal sub-ects(n = 15)were meassured by the nitrous acid method.It was showed that the contents of total SOD and Mn-SOD in the plasma from all patients with leprosy were increased (P< 0.01),and those of Cu. Zn-SOD were of no significance(P> 0.5)comparised with the normal subjects.The results suggested that the increased content of total-SOD in the plasma from lepers was chiefly influenced by the content of Mn-SOD,which was present in bacteria. By inference, it can be confirmed that the SOD in vivo of lepers is premarily arised from Mycobacterium leprae itself, not from the hosts.
