摘 要:为明确黄嘌呤氧化酶来源的自由基是否在应激性损伤中发挥重要作用,本实验用SD大鼠复制冷束缚应激性损伤动物模型,观察次黄嘌呤—黄嘌呤氧化酶体系(A组)和别嘌呤醇(B组)对应激时发生的急性全身适应综合征的影响。结果显示在组织的应激性损伤和体内脂质过氧化反应方面,A组均比B组严重(P<0.05),证明黄嘌呤氧化酶来源的自由基参与了大鼠的应激性损伤过程。The purpose of this article is to determine whether xanthine xidase-dirived free radicals play an important role in the pathogenesis of stress-induced tissue injury or not.For this purpose the effects of hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase system(group A)and allopurinol(group B)on acute general adaptation syndrome was observed in SD rats which were given cold-restraint stress.The results showed that the stress-induced tissue injury and lipid-peroxidation in vivo in group A was more severe than in group B(P< 0.05).It was proved that the xanthine oxidase-dirived free radicals was responsible for the process of stress-induced injury in rats.
