河南省村镇粪便无害化处理技术可行性对比及综合效益的研究

摘　　要：1986～1988年期间,经时全省五种不同类型粪便处理设施的无害化效果评价及各项检测表明,五种粪便处理设施以三联通沼气池达标率最高,其中粪大肠值和寄生虫卵沉降率均达到国家粪便无害化卫生标准的要求。其次为三格化粪池厕所和双瓮漏斗厕所,粪大畅菌值和U寄生小卵沉降率均接近粪便无害化卫生标准要求,而瓦瓮式厕所效果较差。五个粪便处理区,均可提高当地饮水卫生质量,减低土壤中寄生虫卵的污染水平,并可有效地降低成蝇密度,使肠道传染病发病率比未管粪的对照区同期下降27.25%、36.60%、51.77%。其效益与费用(BCR)的比值分別为:沼气池0.76;三格化粪池0.32;双瓮漏斗式厕所Ⅰ和Ⅱ型分别为4.66、2.49;瓦瓮式厕所3.55。The studies showed that“Three-in-one”biogas digester of Xiangcheng County was the best of the 5 kinds tested disposal installations in Henan Province,by which both the coli-titer and the subsidece rate of parasite ovum reached the national sanitary standard;the 2 indexes of latrine with three-cell septic tank in Town of Dengzhou and bouble-jar latrine in Ysncheng and Huaiyang Counties approached the standard;and the effect of single-jar latrine in Shangshui County was bad.In the 5 dis- tricts the hygienic quality of drinking water increased,the contamination level of parasite ovum in soil and the density of fly decreased,and the incidence of intestinal infections(from 1986 to 1988)de creased by 27.25%,36.60% and 51.77% respectively compared with the control districts.The ratio of the benefit and cost was:the biogas digester 0.76,the latrine with three-cell septic tank 0.32.the double-jar latrine 4.66 or 2.49 and the single-jar latrine 3.55.
