摘　　要：本文报道灵敏、准确的表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)受体^(125)碘结合测定法.检测30例肠癌、癌周及正常肠组织 EGF 受体的表达。肠癌、癌周、正常肠组织 EGF 结合量分别为8.21±2.60(n=10),4.35±1.38(n=10)和1.41±0.43(n=10)fmol/mg膜蛋白,差异非常显著(P<0.01).Scatchard 作图,^(125)I-hEGF 结合是一条直线,肠癌 EGF 受体 KD 值25～315 fmol(n=9).We described a sensitive and precise ^(126)I-labeled epidermal growth factor (EGF) binding analysis.The expression of EGF receptor was examined in 30 colonic carcinomas surrounded with carcinomas and nonneoplastic colonic tissue.The values of EGF binding were 8.21±2.60(n= 10) fmol/mg protein in colonic carcinomas,4.35±1.38(n=10) fmol/mg protein in surround of carcinomas and 1.41±0.43(n=10) fmol/mg protein m nonneoplastic colonic tissue,the difference being significant (P<0.01).Scatchard analysis of ^(125)-labeled EGF binding generated a straight line,KD values of EGF receptor were 25—315fmol in 9 colonic carcinomas.
