他巴唑引起的胰岛素自身免疫综合征

摘　　要：本文报告26例甲状腺机能亢进症患者服用他巴唑1～10个月期间检出胰岛素抗体。停药1～6个月期间全部患者胰岛素抗体消失。其中3例伴有不同程度低血糖症,胰岛素抗体消失后血糖恢复正常。We observed 26 cases in which there are 4 male patients and 22 female ones.Thirteen patients(50% of the total)were between 30 and 40 years old.After taking Tapazol for a period of I to 3 months,14 of the 26 had developed the insulin-antibody.In addition,10 of them had the insulin nantibody within 4 to 6 months The remaining 2 had developed the insulin-antibody within 7 to 10 months. After the Tapazol treatment stopped,the insulin-antibody had disappeared in only one month in 3 patients.Two of the patients had no insulin-antibody within three months,and 21 patients had no in- sulin-antibody within 6 months. Among the cases,3 patients had the insulin - antibody accompanied by a different hypoglyce mia,but the hypoglyce-mia returned to normal when the insulin-antibody had disappeared in those 3 cases.
