摘　　要：本文首先对经典的 Reimer-Tiemann 反应的取代基效应进行了基础性研究,首次得到了符合 Hammett-Brown 方程式的取代基效应规律,证实了反应的亲电取代历程.其次,对相转移催化剂存在下的反常 Reimer-Tiemann 反应进行了应用性研究,筛选了最佳合成条件,得到了甲基香兰素单程收率45.2%;乙基香兰素单程收率40.5%的初步结果.The regularity of substituent effect on classical Reimer-Tiemann reaction is obtained for the first time in accordance with the Hammett-Brown equation.The mechanism of classical Reimer- Tiemann reaction is explained.The abnormal Reimer-Tiemann reaction in the presence of Phase- Transfer catalysis is studied,and the best reaction condition is selected with single process yield rate of ethly vanillin 40.5% and of vanillin 45.2%.
