摘　　要：本文由 n 阶方阵 A 的一次伴随阵 A 的若干性质导出一次准伴随阵 A 和类似性质。讨论了 A 与 A 在秩为 n 和1两种情形的特征值、特征向量与 A 的特征值、特征向量之间的关系。给出并证明了高次伴随阵 A^((m))和准伴阵^((m))■A 的计算公式及其特征值与特征向量的计算方法。Based on characteristics of the I—order adjointmatrix A~*of n—order square matrix the similar characteristicof I—order quasi adjoint matrix~*A is derived.The calculatingformula of high—order adjoint matria A^(*(m))and quasiadjoint matrix A^(*(m))A and the calculating method of their characeristic Value and Vector are given and prvled.
