后巩膜开窗引流术治疗眼内炎的观察结果

摘　　要：用后巩膜开窗引流术联和玻璃体灌洗术治疗14例眼内炎患者,均收到较好效果。经较长时间的追踪观察,除有1例眼球有不全萎缩外,余13例保存了视觉器官,同时又使其视力有了不同程度的改善。Fourteen cases of endophthalmitis were treated with the operation of the posterior scleral open-window and vitreons irrigation.The postoperative follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 3 years.Most of patients had a signifieantly results.Optic organs were preserved in 13 patients,whose visual acuities were inproved to varying degrees.Atrophy of the eyeball occurred only in 1 case.We consider that the operation Will be benefit to treatment of endophthalmitis.
