摘  要:黄苓叶申所舍的野黄芩甙,具有扩张冠状动脉和脑血管的作用。黄芩茶是以黄芩叶为主要原料,为了控制黄芩茶中野黄芩甙的含量,用CS—930薄层扫描法对黄苓茎叶中总黄酮和黄芩叶中野黄芩甙进行了含量测定。扫描条件:单波长,反射法,λ=335,锯齿形扫描,狭缝2×2mm,灵敏度‘中”,横轴×1/2,SX=O,平滑次数8。Scutellarin contained in scutelIaria leaves and in scutellaria stem-leaf flavonoids is effective for dilating coronary artery and blood vessels of brain. Scutellaria tea and a new self-merle medicine were mainly made of scutellaris leaves and scutellaria stem-leaf flavonoids, respectively. In order to control the scuteIlarin content in the tea and in the medicine, we conduct content assay by means of CS-930 TLC scanner, With single wave length ABS reflection and serration scan. The scanning conditions. λ=335nm; slit, 2×2mm; detection sensitivity, medium; abscissa×1/2; SX=0; signal average, 8.
