合欢抗生育活性成份的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了合欢皮中抗生育活性皂甙合欢酯甙A,并对其甙元的结构进行了阐释,主要借助于光谱数据(红外、核磁共振氢谱和(13)~碳谱以及质谱)。甙A的甙元为3β.16β二羟基齐墩果—12—烯28羧酸。The antifertile constituents (triterpene saponins) of Albizzia julibrissin were isolated. The structure of Albizz.a ester-glycoide A and its sapogenin (3β, 16β-dihydroxy-△^(12)-oleanen-28 oic acid) were ,elucida ed on the basis of spectral evidence (IR,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and MS).
