48例肺炎支原体肺炎临床分析

摘　　要：对1990年4月～1990年10月收治的48例肺炎支原体肺炎的临床资料进行总结,并结合文献报道进行了分析讨论。本组病例提示,肺炎支原体肺炎是儿童及青少年呼吸道感染的常见病之一。其主要症状是发热、咳嗽、肺部物理体征出现较晚。X线检查肺部阴影消失慢。From April 1990 to october 1990, a total of 48 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were treated in our department. In this papel, the authors summarized and discussed these clinical data.The results show that the Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is one of the common respiratory infectious diseases in children and adolescents(aged3—13years). The primary symptoms are fever and cough, the signs of the lung appears late and the X-ray signs of the lung disappears slowly.
