摘 要:6-硝基吲唑对乏氧细胞有较强的增敏作用,但对正常有氧细胞也有一定的毒性。初步研究降低6-硝基吲唑浓度及合并BSO的离体细胞放射增敏效应。结果表明:BSO可增强6-硝基吲唑的放射增敏效应,单纯用6-硝基吲唑的增敏比为1.73(2mM);用BSO合并6-硝基吲唑的增敏比以Do计为l.83;以Dq计则单纯用6-硝基吲唑及合并BSO的增敏比值分别为1.90和2.95。6-Nitro-Indazole (DEAENI) shows high radiosensitizing effect on hypoxic HeLa-S3 cells in vitro. But it also has some toxic effects on the normal cells. By diluting DEAENI and combining it with BSO, we studied its in vitro effect. The results showed that the radiosensitizing effect of DEAENI was enhanced by BSO with a SER of 1.73 (2mM).When the cells were pretreated with BSO, the SER of DEAENI alone and DEAENI plus BSO at Do level were 1.73 and 1.83. Calculated at Dq level, the SER were 1.90 and 2.95, respectively. The authors believe that combination of DEAENI with BSO may supplement DEAENI which only shows strong radiosensitizing effect in high dose irradiation. This combination could lower the concentration of DEAENI used.
