摘 要:放疗后47例肿瘤患者的淋巴细胞化学发光(Ly-CL)和中性粒细胞发光(PMN-CL)强度明显低于55例正常人。21例肿瘤患者放疗后CY-CL和PMN-CL明显低于放疗前。8例鼻咽癌患者放疗初期CY-CL和PMN-CL增强,随照射剂量增加,CY-CL和PMN-CL逐渐减弱,疗后1个月,CY-CL仍明显低于放疗前,PMN-CL接近放疗前。提示放疗能抑制肿瘤患者中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞氧化代谢活性。The effects of radiotherapy on the oxidation metabolism of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and lymphocytes in cancer patients were studied by cellular chemoluminescence technique. Results showed that lymphocyte chemoluminescence (Ly-CL) and polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemoluminescence (PMN-CL) in 47 cancer patients treated by radiotherapy were remarkably lower than those of healthy donors. Paired comparison also indicated that the intensity of Ly-CL and PMN-CL after radiotherapy was obviously decreased as compared with before in 21 cancer patients. However , it was observed that the intensity of Ly-CL and PMN-CL tended to increase in 8 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received 2 Gy×2 irradiation. Then, the intensity of Ly-CL and PMN-CL was decreased after receiving 2 Gy×15 and 2 Gy×25 irradiation. These results suggest that radiotherapy may suppress the oxidation metabolism of lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes in cancer patients.
