摘  要:x线12Gy照射小鼠后第45周给予764-330mg/kg,连续给药22周后,实验结果显示:单纯照射组的羟脯氨酸含量值明显高于正常对照组(9.597mg/g和6.8016mg/g),照射加药组(764-3和764-1)的羟脯氨酸含量值分别是7.35mg/g和6.834mg/g,非常接近正常对照组,显示两药均对X线全肺照射后因肺纤维化的形成而引起的羟脯氨酸含量增高有一定抑制作用。The effect of 764-3 and 764-1 on late pulmonary radiation injury in mice was studied. The results showed that hydroxyproline content in the irradiated group was markedly elevated than the control group (9. 597 mg/g vs 6. 801 mg/g) which suggested the development of late pulmonary fibrosis. The amount of hydroxyproline in the treated group were 7. 35 mg/g and 6. 83 mg/g for 764-3 and 764-1 which were very close to that of the normal group. It indicates that both drugs could inhibit the hydroxyproline increase secondary to pulmonary fibrosis after whole chest irradiation.
