摘  要:通过240只Wistar大鼠,观察喂养不同剂量氯化铝鼠和对照组鼠,在3、6、12个月时大鼠学习记忆及神经递质和组织化学、超微结构的变化。结果表明500mg/kg铝可使大鼠学习记忆成绩减退,2500mg/Kg铝可使大鼠脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05或<0.01);超微结构变化:C、D组的肝、肾、心肌及脑细胞内线粒体嵴断裂、溶解、崩溃及内质网表面颗粒减少,神经细胞变性,且突触囊泡聚积于突触前部,提示神经末梢释放的神经递质明显受阻。240 closed colony Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:2 experimental group fed on different doses of AlCl3 and 2 control group. At 3,6 and 12 months ,the behavior of rats,the levels of brain monoamines (NE,DA,5-HT)and histochemical and ultra-structural changes in the liver,heart,kidneys and brain in rats were observed. It was found that at 3,6 and 12 months,the learning ability and the retention of memory of experimental rats were severely inhibited (P<0. 05). The levels of NE,DA,and 5-HT in the regions of brain at 6,12 months (high dose group,2 500 mg Al/kg stockfood)were significantly lower in experimental rats than in the control (P<0. 05 or <0. 01). The degenerative changes were found in the nerve cells in the high dose group under an electromicroscope. In addition, the synaptic vesicles were accumulated in the presynaptic membrane,but not in the control group.
