氯醛糖麻醉及脊髓高位横断对家兔反射潜伏时影响的观察

摘  要:用肌电图作指标,在研究了家免H反射性质的基础上,对氯醣糖麻醉前后及脊髓高位横断前后H反射潜伏时的变化进行分析。测得21例在乌拉坦半量麻醉基础上H反射潜伏时为25.71±3.47ms,用氯醛糖全麻后为21.39±2.77ms,全麻比半麻H反射潜伏时缩短4.33±2.29ms。9例行脊髓高位横断,术前H反射潜伏时为25.22±3.43ms。术后为9.61±3.64ms,缩短16.17±3.37ms。术后第二天为8.02±1.69ms,缩短17.73±2.70ms。术后第三天为9.64±3.93ms,缩短15.57±3.71ms。The effect of Gluco-chloral anaesthesia and high transverse section of spinal cord on latency of H-reflex was studied in this experiment. in state of anaesthesia with half dose urethan, the latency of H-reflex was 25.7±3.47 ms as a contrast, when half dose of chloralose (Gluco-chloral) was added, the latency of H-reflex was 21.39±2.77ms in 18 rabbits. High transverse section of spinal cord was done in 9 rabbits, the latency of H-reflex was 25.22 ±3.43ms, after operaticn immediately 9.61±3.64ms, the seccnd day 8.02±1.69ms, the third day 9.64±3.93ms. The latency was shortened by complete anaesthesia or high transverse section of spinal cord. The results showed that high center had inhibitory fuction against H-reflex of low center.
