摘 要:高等学校非计算机专业的计算机应用能力培养分三个阶段进行,三个阶段层层递进,逐步提高和深入。在教学过程中,存在学生学习积极性不高、应用能力差等问题,其原因是多方面的。笔者认为,在教学过程中,教师应不断再学习再实践、不断更新知识,选择适当的教学方法,充实教学内容,激发学生兴趣,严格学生成绩考核制度;在教学管理方面,建立教师激励机制,改进教学条件,均有利于促进学生自主学习能力、应用能力和创新能力的培养,提高教学效果。In colleges, the non-professional computer majors are educated to master the ability of computer by three stage , three stages passe by in the diverse layer, from surface to the inside. In teaching process little by little, the students desire is not high and practical ability is poo . The reasons for these problems are various again constantly with recover the knowledge steadily, choose the appropriate teaching method, manage in the teaching method establish the teacher the encouragement machinery, improve the semester in teaching, establish the students the independent studying ability to have the ability of establishing education with the application ability, and finally increase teaching result.
